This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel or request a refund for a digital product purchased through our Platform.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order and only if the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.
Once access/download has been provided, cancellation is not possible.
Digital products are delivered instantly; therefore, most orders become non-cancellable immediately after purchase.
2. Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Items
Since we sell digital products, the following are strictly non-refundable:
Downloadable digital files
Templates, digital assets, presets, documents, or any instantly accessible content
Products already downloaded, accessed, or used
However, a refund / replacement may be provided if the user establishes that:
The file is corrupted
The download link is not working
The product received is completely different from what was shown on the website
3. Damaged / Defective Digital Product Claims
In case of receipt of a defective or corrupted digital file, please report it to our customer support within 24 hours of purchase.
Your request will be processed once our team has verified and checked the issue at our end.
If you feel the product received is not as shown or not as per your expectations, you must notify our customer support within 24 hours of purchase.
After evaluating your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
4. Products with Third-Party Licenses / Tools
If your digital product includes licenses, external tools, or third-party access, you may be required to contact the respective provider for support or warranty claims where applicable.
5. Refund Timelines
In case any refund is approved by Sellzo.online, it will take 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
